Off the Rails Episode 08: Everyone Starts With a Bread Truck

We are back with the first of two Holiday-themed episodes. We start with a news segment on Shure’s acquisition of Stem Audio-- are they making a play at the conference room market? (Hint: Yes). Then the AV SuperFriends are joined by Jeff Peterson from Oregon State University and Jordan Basham from Western Kentucky University to talk about AV for NCAA and Athletics as well as the interaction between academic AV and athletics AV. Both Universities have a strong program and rely on students in key roles, and we are all about cheap labor.
Finally, we each have a Naughty and Nice list for the AV industry. In a year that deserves a lot of coal in its stocking, it is nice to see that the SuperFriends still have a lot to be happy about.
